Here is What We Are Going to Do
Main Electrical System Inspection
- Verify proper quantity, size, type of wire, connection, and termination to each circuit breaker and fuse.
- Test for proper loading to each breaker and fuse.
- Perform the diagnostics on any sub panels that may exist.
- Verify proper main grounding of electrical system.
- Tighten all electrical connections.
- Insure correct supply voltage.
Whole House Inspection
- Perform visual inspection of overhead connections.
- Suggest battery replacements in other smoke detectors and/or new smoke detectors.
- Inspect and Test GFCIs.
- Suggest GFCIs where code requires them.
- Perform diagnostics on wall outlets. Test for proper grounding and other conditions.
- Test wall switches.
- Verify that major appliances (Air Conditioner, Furnace, Oven, etc.) are on their own circuit.
Kitchen and Bathrooms
- Inspect and Test GFCIs.
- Inspect lighting for safe and proper application.
Appliances
- Heating and Air Conditioning system disconnects visual inspection.
- Suggest ceiling fan inspections, tightening, and balancing.
- Complete walkthrough for visual checking connections on all appliances including hot tubs, pool equipment, pumps, dishwasher, disposal, compactor, water heater, baseboard heaters, etc.
Lighting Systems
- Verify that light fixtures are matched with proper light bulbs.
- Verify that fluorescent fixtures contain proper bulbs and ballasts.
Optional Services
